Second Show at Saginaw Vineyards - Cottage Grove

Friday, June 26, we are back for an encore performance at Saginaw Vineyards’ 2009 Summer Music Series. Our debut there last summer was an incredible pleasure, and our return this past Memorial Day weekend was even better! The scenery is absolutely miraculous and the people we met, both staff and patrons, were incredibly warm and welcoming.
Our sound system is well-suited to this outdoor venue, making Saginaw Vineyards the perfect place for harmony lovers to thoroughly appreciate the intricacies of our vocals along with the natural beauty of the vineyard sunset.
Food from Mac’s Diner is available for purchase along with the delicious wines from this extraordinary vineyard, so bring friends and family to dine under the beautiful old walnut tree while enjoying the music. Kids of all ages welcome. Free admission.

Thursday, June 11th is the 2nd Thursday of the month, which means it’s our night for Thursday Night Live at Territorial.
We’re thrilled about the resounding positive feedback we’ve been receiving. Some of our regular followers made comments like, “You guys are always great, but I enjoyed you tonight more than ever”, and “You had a little extra ’spark’ tonight!” We also met some new fans from Albany who said, “Really great show! Definitely worth the drive!” We’ve been reviving some songs we haven’t played in a long time, working up some new ones, and we’ve started incorporating more originals too. We hope you’ll join us for a fun evening of Territorial’s signature wine selections accompanied by our “seductive harmony with a smoky finish”.

Territorial Vineyards - “Stealing the Covers” Returns

Thursday, May 14th is the 2nd Thursday of the month, our night for Thursday Night Live at Territorial Vineyards & Wine Company.
Back by popular demand … we’ve got a new installment of “Stealing the Covers“! For those of you who haven’t read our bio, you may not have realized Jason comes from a long line of professional musicians. Not a long vertical line (just one generation) … but a long horizontal line. His father, four uncles, aunt and grandmother (okay, maybe the vertical line is two generations) formed the legendary harmony group, The Cowsills, who had major hits in the 60’s like “Hair”, “Indian Lake”, and “The Rain, The Park and Other Things (aka “The Flowergirl”).
This month our special “Stealing the Covers” 2nd set will feature an album of original works from Jason’s late uncle, Barry Cowsill, who sadly lost his life in Hurricane Katrina. We all miss Barry and his music very much, so we’re dedicating this set as a tribute to him and the great music he created.
We hope you’ll join us for a special evening of extraordinary music, accompanied by Territorial’s delicious signature wine selections.

We’ve been working some exciting new songs into our repertoire of classic harmony-driven hits, including “Bus Stop” by The Hollies, “Jolene” (originally written/recorded by Dolly Parton, more recently covered by The White Stripes), and in response to a fan’s special request we’ve worked some intricate jazz harmonies into The Kingston Trio’s “Scotch and Soda”.
