Ring in the New Year with Jackie & Jason at Eugene’s popular new hotspot, B2 (B Squared) Wine Bar in Crescent Village.  B2′s combination of sheik modern atmosphere and small-town friendliness makes it the perfect place to share with friends a variety of excellent wines and gourmet food (and of course champagne at midnight) while listening to some “seductive harmony with a smoky finish”.

This is our first performance at this exciting new venue.  We hope you’ll join us and discover this beautiful business in the heart of Eugene’s “Urban Village”.

We are proud to announce that this New Year’s Eve we will be making our debut at B2 (B Squared) Wine Bar!

B2 Wine Bar, the latest venture by the owners of Eugene Wine Cellars, is located in north Eugene’s popular new mixed-use development, Crescent Village (2794 Shadow View Drive, just north of Costco off Coburg Road).  With upscale modern atmosphere and small-town friendly attitude, B2 is the perfect place to meet with friends and listen to music.  Along with a large selection of wines (from various vineyards and regions, including their own Eugene Wine Cellars/B2 label), they also offer a nice selection of micro-brewed beers and a delectable gourmet menu with items like panini sandwiches, house-made soups and salads, bruschetta and antipasto plates.  They even have dinner entrees like salmon and a crusted rack of lamb.

Since it’s a new development, Google, Yahoo and Mapquest give inaccurate directions.  Here’s how to get there:

  1. Take Coburg Rd. north of Beltline, past Costco to Crescent Ave.
  2. Turn right (east). You’ll see colorful Crescent Village straight ahead on the left.
  3. When you come to Shadow View Dr., turn left (north) into Crescent Village.
  4. B2 is the last business on the left (north end of the building).  Free parking is available all around, with two large parking lots on either side.

I met a muse; a wintry mix
of cherry blossoms and snow-shine
She said don’t worry about my season’s attire
it was on sale, and fits me perfectly

I asked about those timeless things
And she denied the weather as it rained
She’d promised something I don’t recall
I’m pretty sure with fingers crossed behind her back

I’ll let you in on a little known fact
the Autumn sun falls sideways, and
it does
fit her perfectly

Friday, November 28th come take a break from that Thanksgiving turkey at AZUL, Kim & Kevin Hyland’s sophisticated new wine bar and lounge adjacent to their legendary seafood restaurant, Koho Bistro.

We’ve been working some exciting new songs into our repertoire of classic harmony-driven hits, including “Bus Stop” by The Hollies, “Jolene” (originally written/recorded by Dolly Parton, more recently covered by The White Stripes), and in response to a fan’s special request we’ve worked some intricate jazz harmonies into The Kingston Trio’s “Scotch and Soda”.

Come join us for a fun evening of delectable food and wine accompanied by our “seductive harmony with a smoky finish”.
